MY Before and After pictures, 15 pounds off in around 5 days
1. Day 1-7 only eat 1 apple a day ( cut it up into 7 peace and eat it though out the day)
2. run or walk 7-10 miles a day (add them from 2 different times to make the 7-10 miles)
3. work out in the gym 2 hours every day( Weight lifting )
4. before u sleep do 4 sets of 25(100+ puch up), 6 sets of 50)300 abs), 4 sets of 4 (80 pull ups)
BURN AROUND 9,000++ calories a day ( change on your weight, size, age, and how much u work out.)
DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME!!!!
